If we are unable to complete the notarization due to improper identification, incomplete documents, or other issues on the client's part, fees may still apply.
Our fees are in accordance with California state maximum fee regulations for notary services. Additional fees may include:

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the notary services provided. We are not responsible for:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pacific Coast Signing from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We maintain Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance and are bonded as required by California law. This provides protection in the event of unintentional errors in performing notarial acts.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
